The Bible
It is originally given, without error, the fully inspired, preserved and infallible Word of God and the supreme and final authority in all matters of faith and conduct.
The Trinity
The Godhead exists co-equally and co-eternally in three persons Father, Son and Holy Spirit and these three are one God, sovereign in creation, providence and redemption
The Saviour
The Lord Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of God and was born of the virgin Mary, was completely sinless, taught authoritatively, died as our substitution and atonement, was resurrected and ascended to Heaven.
The Holy Spirit
The Holy Spirit has been given to guide believers into all truth and empower them to work the works of God and be His witnesses.
Mankind
We believe in the universal sinfulness of mankind since the Fall rendering them subject to God's judgment.
Salvation
We believe in the necessity of repentance toward God and faith in the Lord Jesus Christ leading to Salvation - being pardoned and accepted as righteous in God's sight and becoming a child of God. This is by the grace of God and received by faith alone.
The Ministry
We believe in the ministries God has set in His church including apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers.
The Commission
The Gospel answers the needs of the whole man and believers are commissioned to preach the Gospel to the whole world.

Dr Cecil Stewart O.B.E.

The Founder / President

Cecil was born into a farming community in Southern Ireland, the youngest of nine. He moved to Belfast as a young man where he became a successful businessman through applying principles, which he had discovered in the Bible. With his wife, Evelyn, Cecil developed a group of private nursing homes, which grew to be the largest privately owned Nursing Home Group in Ireland or the UK. Dr. Stewart founded CCN in 1989 as part of the continuation and expansion of the ministry that he had been involved with since the early 1960s. In 1997 thirty nursing homes were sold to allow Cecil to devote more time to ministry and charitable works. Ordained by International Gospel Outreach in 1966 Cecil has received PhDs in Ministry, Humane Letters and Religious Philosophy and been conferred the Order of the British Empire (O.B.E) in 1998 by Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He came into a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as a teenager and shortly after started to share his Christian faith through speaking at businessmen's gatherings, conferences and on Radio and Television. He has been involved in broadcasting ever since he made his first Radio Programme in the upper floors of the First Nursing home in 1968. Dr. Stewart currently hosts the T.V. Programme "Deciding Your Destiny" which is seen across several continents, including The Inspiration Network in Europe, Sky Angel in U.S.A, Family Television in Kenya and Lighthouse Television in Uganda. He is an International conference speaker and has authored books including "Living Where You Belong", following the publication of which he was awarded a PhD. Dr. Stewart has seen the truth of the Bible working in his own life and in the lives of many others. God has healed him of depression and tuberculosis and his wife of Hodgkin's disease, a type of cancer of the glands. Dr. Stewart has a great understanding of business life and the associated practical issues. He speaks from personal experience about overcoming in life and living life to its fullest potential in and by the power of God. Dr. Stewart has addressed crowds of hundreds of thousands at crusades and seminars in Africa, and many have testified that their lives have been changed.0 |

Romolo heads up CCN's international work in Africa from Italy. He is working in many ways to see the Kingdom expanding all over the world. With his wife Myriam he is co-operating with Uomini Nuovi, a non denominational Christian Organization which through meetings, Radio newspapers and books, talks of Jesus in many parts of Europe. He is an elder of his church in Modena Italy. He had the privilege of meeting Dr. Cecil Stewart and his wife Evelyn during one of the meetings organized in Milano, Italy and since then they have been in close touch working for the glory of the Lord. David was saved around 1991 and is the main CCN Cameraman and Editor for Dr. Stewart's Television and Radio program "Deciding Your Destiny." He also produces and directs them. He started working for CCN Europe around 1999 and has been on every CCN trip to Africa and Europe with Dr. Stewart to date. He has worked in the past on news, features, sports programs for BBC, ITV, RTE, SKY etc as a camera operator and soundman. Michael started working with CCN in 1999. He was also the contact person for Dr. Cecil Stewart in his first visit to Kenya. His task consists in organising Deciding Your Destiny Seminar and Crusades in Kenya under the direct supervision of the Director of International Operations Romolo Giovanardi. Pastor Wagura has currently the whole responsibility for the CCN office in Nairobi, Kenya.
